Return & refunds
At TheBadPeach, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked.
To start a return, you can contact us by sending your order ID or proof of purchase to help@thebadpeach.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you choose to return an item, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is up to date. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer. This includes errors in the delivery address, contact number, or recipient name. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for such cases.
If you notice a mistake before your order has been processed, please contact us immediately so we can help fix it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@thebadpeach.com.
One-Year Warranty
At TheBadPeach, your satisfaction and confidence in our products are at the heart of everything we do. We proudly offer a One-Year Warranty to protect you against any manufacturing defects.
Our One-Year Warranty applies to all eligible products and covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical or mechanical malfunctions not caused by misuse or improper care
If your product develops a fault within 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll be happy to replace it or issue a gift voucher of equal value—whichever suits your needs best.
What’s Not Covered
To maintain fairness and ensure responsible use, our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Products damaged due to accidents, loss, or theft
- Consumables such as lubricants or batteries
- Items from the Lingerie, Lubes & Games, Sex Dolls categories
Please also note: purchases made using gift cards are not eligible for warranty claims.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:
- Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If your claim is approved, you’ll be asked to return the faulty product.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Upon inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or gift voucher (up to a maximum of $249 per item, excluding shipping).
Additional Notes
- If your original order included a free gift, its value may be deducted from the replacement or gift voucher amount.
- Gift vouchers issued under warranty are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- TheBadPeach reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the criteria or show signs of misuse.
