Discreet Packaging:
All orders are shipped in plain and unmarked packaging. The shipping label will show Customer Service. You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your address.
Delivery Times
All goods that are available in our US warehouse, are placed after payment is made and shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order. Of course, we always strive to keep all products in stock for you. It may happen that there will be shortages, and in such cases, we will contact you via e-mail.
Shipping to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and British Virgin islands needs 14-21 business days of delivery time.
International orders are shipped from either our U.S. or overseas warehouse, depending on the destination region, and delivery times may vary.
Orders made after 3:00 pm will be sent out the following business day.
Our warehouses ships orders from Monday to Friday.
Tracking Shipping:
All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking number will be shown in your order dispatch email.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $59.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time.
If discounts bring your total below $59, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping.
US Shipping Cost:
We offers free shipping throughout the Continental USA on orders over $59.
Please note that one working day shipping is not available for Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the British Virgin Islands. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be fulfilled on the next business day.
