What is Worry-Free Delivery?
Seel is a partner of TheBadPeach. Worry-Free Delivery is a shipping insurance service offered by Seel. By selecting this service when placing your order, you can enjoy triple protection (loss, damage and delay) for your purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can customers add to their purchase after placing an order?
A: Worry-Free Delivery must be purchased at the same time as the original order; subsequent purchases or purchases made by the merchant on behalf of the customer are not supported.
Note: After placing your order, Seel will send a confirmation email to your email address. This email address will also be required for subsequent claims and reporting. Therefore, please double-check and confirm your email address before placing your order.

Q:Β Can I request a refund for a TheBadPeach order after it has been shipped?
A: Seel coverage takes effect immediately after the order is shipped and is non-refundable.

Q:Β Is it possible to get a refund before the order is shipped?
A: Β Yes, you can contact Seel's customer service team using the contact information provided in the confirmation email to cancel the service before your order is shipped. After your policy cancellation is successful, the insurance premium will be refunded to your account within 24 hours.
Note: All orders requiring insurance cancellation must be canceled within 24 hours and before the order is shipped.
β ‘.Order Compensation Standards and Rules
1. Package Lost
Compensation Standard: The total amount actually paid for the order (excluding shipping costs)
Type 1: Logistics not delivered, no abnormalities but no update
Report Conditions & Evaluation:
- Same-country shipping: Considered lost if not received within 30 days after shipment.
- Cross-border shipping: Considered lost if not received within 60 days after shipment.
- If shipping status shows an exception, consumers may report immediately.
Type 2: The package was delivered according to the logistics tracking, but the consumer claims they did not receive it.
- Reporting Deadline: Within seven days of package delivery.

- Door camera footage or photos
- Carrier-issued loss statementΒ
- Written proof from qualified third party
2. Package Damaged
Compensation Standard: Based on the extent of damage, up to the total paid amount in the order (excluding shipping fee)
- Report Deadline: Within 7 days of delivery

Required Documents:Must provide package and product damage photos.
- Excludes product issues before shipping or damage caused by consumer.
- Final payout decision is based on Seelβs assessment.
3. Package Delayed
Compensation Standard: $5 per order (settled in your currency)
- Report Deadline: Must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date, after delay conditions are met

Report Conditions:
- Same-country shipping: Considered delayed if not received within 10 days of shipment.
- Cross-border shipping: Considered delayed if not received within 30 days of shipment.
- System will automatically assess based on tracking data.
Note: Filing a delay claim does not conflict with future lost/damage claims (The total compensation amount for the order will not exceed the total value of the goods). All payouts are subject to Seelβs final review and approval.
